Each purchase includes one file, and additional files may be provided based on your background preference. To get started, kindly send me high-quality, front-facing, and in-focus images of your pets for the portrait. Please be aware that these portraits are intended for personal use only and cannot be used for logos or business purposes unless we've had prior discussions and agreed upon different pricing. The basic customized design includes 1 pet or 1 person. If you want more, you need to add an add-on on the Shop All Page.
Mate Digital Portrait / Custom Design
1. Specify if you want a color or pattern background
2. Please send a couple of photos with the confirmation number to matebyva@gmail.com. Send as many as you want. We love small details
3. Within the firs week of payment received we will send you a first sketch for approval.
4. After 1 - 2 weeks of payment received a high-resolution image will be send to your email adress.
If you have any requests for changes just let me know. Be aware that this is a digital file.
