Customized designs are not included in the purchase of any item. To get an item customized add to the cart the ITEM and the CUSTOMIZED DESIGN PRODUCT like this: 1. Add to the cart the type of customized design you want for your final product: Customized LINE design, Customized DARK MATE, design and/or Customized MATE design. If you want more than one(1) pet or more than one(1) person customized you need to add them in the product details. This design is pay just once, if in a future you want another product with the same design you'll pay just the price of the item. ​ 2. Add to the cart the item(s) you want the design to be place in. Make sure to select the design size you want for the final look. Type the name of the people or pets you wan't on your design, if you don't wan't any name just type "No" ​ 3. After completing the purchase process, send various pictures of the person(s) or pet(s) you wan't to get customized to matebyva@gmail.com with your confirmation number. ​ You will get a first draft within two to three days after you sent the email. You are allow to make changes just once. After approval just wait for your customized and amazing item at your door. Your amazing customized item will get at you door from 5 to 7 calendar days.

Returns You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations for change of mind.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We are unable to add any accessories that are not included in the original photo. All accessories such as leash, collar, and harness, will be on your portrait unless noted. Leave a note during checkout if you want to change color or add a tag.
